IOULIA MALAMOUD

Analyst - Financial Institutions Sector

Ioulia is in her second year in the Queen’s Commerce program. She is currently an Analyst in the Financial Institutions Group for QUIC.

This summer she worked as a summer marketing intern at Advance Devices, Inc. In previous summers, she worked as a private tutor, guiding students from ages 7-18 with diverse learning needs to improve work ethic and study habits through and personalized study help.

At Queen’s, she is also an Analyst for Queen’s Private Capital Group, a student-run financial advisory service that provides pro-bono advisory services to venture capital and private equity. As well, Ioulia is the Logistics Officer, after being promoted from the First-Year Representative, for the Queen’s Finance Association Conference (QFAC), Canada’s largest student-run finance conference.

Ioulia attended St. Theresa of Lisieux Catholic High School in Richmond Hill, ON, where she was the President of her school’s DECA chapter and business club, graduating with the Student Citizenship Award. She was also awarded academic achievement awards in Calculus and Vectors, AP English, and Principles of Accounting, graduating with the Principal’s List distinction for an average of 97.5%. She enjoys dancing, baking and traveling.
