Will be hired from the incoming class of 2016, in September 2012.

- Supports sector teams in their economic and company-specific research, preparation of reports and updates, and compilation of stock pitches
- Serves as the Counsel’s representative to the Commerce Class of 2015, promoting awareness of its activities and events
- Assists the executive with general administrative tasks

IT Manager

- Responsible for updating, refreshing and maintaining the QUIC website
- Handles technical issues in a timely manner as they arise

Promotions Manager

Alexandra Crookes
- Works closely with the executive to strategically plan the rollout of marketing campaigns for any special events, including guest speakers, tutorials, mock interviews and the AGM
- Manages all aspects of the Counsel’s presence in social media
- Updates email lists from weekly meetings and from any tutorials QUIC hosts
- Sends reminder emails or newsletters to Facebook followers and email distribution lists regarding weekly meetings and upcoming events
