Roland Keiper is President of Clearwater Capital Management Inc. (Clearwater), a Toronto-based firm, where he follows a value approach to investing. Prior to founding Clearwater in 1999, Mr. Keiper led a multi-strategy proprietary investing activity on behalf of RBC Dominion Securities (RBC DS), a subsidiary of the Royal Bank of Canada. Before establishing a proprietary investing activity on behalf of RBC DS in 1988, Mr. Keiper was a member of its institutional equity team. Mr. Keiper holds a Honour BA (Business Administration) degree from the Ivey School of Business, the University of Western Ontario.
